Redemption Phases:
- 1st Phase (Before May 1st, 2025):
- Redemption Value: 50 INR for every 500 points
- Details: During this phase, you’ll receive 50 INR for every 500 points you redeem. This phase is part of our testing period as we gather feedback from our early users.
- 2nd Phase (May 1st – [End of Phase Date]):
- Redemption Value: 75 INR for every 500 points
- Details: Points redeemed during this phase will give you 75 INR for every 500 points you have. This phase marks an exciting time as we improve the website before our official launch.
- 3rd Phase (After May 1st, 2025):
- Redemption Value: 150 INR for every 500 points
- Details: From May 1st, 2025, as we launch the official TNV website, you can redeem your points for 150 INR for every 500 points you have.
Why the Change?
We are testing the website and focusing on gaining initial users as we prepare for the full launch of our main platform. To thank you for being part of our early user group, we’ve designed these special phases to offer increased rewards over time. The value of your points increases as we move closer to the official launch, giving you more value for your loyalty.
How to Redeem Your Points:
- Log in to your TNV account.
- Go to the “Rewards” or “Points Redemption” section.
- Select the number of points you want to redeem.
- Your redemption value will be automatically adjusted based on the phase you are in.
Important Notes:
- You can redeem your points at any time, but the reward amount depends on which phase you are in.
- Redeem your points at the right time to maximize the value you receive.
- These changes are part of our testing process to improve your experience before the official website launch on May 1st, 2025.
